Refund Policy

Effective date: April 1, 2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") defines the conditions for refunding payments for services provided by the 33krolika.com platform (hereinafter — "Platform").

1.2. The Platform is operated by: "3 Krolika" LLP, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Tarasa Shevchenko str. 4/1.

1.3. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service.

2. Free Usage Period (Alpha Version)

2.1. The Platform is currently in alpha testing and is provided free of charge.

2.2. During the free usage period, refund matters are not applicable as no payments are collected.

2.3. Upon transition to commercial operation, this Policy will be updated with specific refund conditions.

3. Refund Conditions for Future Paid Services

3.1. When paid services are introduced, the following conditions will apply:

3.1.1. Platform Subscription:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if services were not used;
  • For partial usage — refund proportional to the unused period;
  • After 14 days — no refunds.

3.1.2. Internal Currency (credits, tokens):

  • Refunds for unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase;
  • Partially used credits are non-refundable;
  • Bonus and promotional credits are non-refundable.

3.1.3. AI Employee Work Results:

Refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI employee work quality are not available, as the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis and AI output quality is not guaranteed.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

4.1. In case of technical issues preventing use of paid services, Users are entitled to:

  • Extension of the subscription period for the duration of unavailability; or
  • Full refund for the period of unavailability.

4.2. A technical issue is defined as Platform unavailability due to Company fault for more than 24 consecutive hours.

5. Refund Process

5.1. To request a refund, send an email to: support@33krolika.com.

5.2. Please include:

  • Email associated with your account;
  • Description of the reason for refund;
  • Date and amount of payment.

5.3. Processing time — up to 14 business days.

5.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment.

6. Governing Law

6.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Consumer Protection Law.
